Self-Exclusion

If you believe that you are no longer capable of controlling your gambling behaviour or gambling safely, we offer the option of self-exclusion from betting with us.

Self-exclusion refers to the cessation of betting or gambling for a predetermined period, either temporary or permanent.

By requesting a self-exclusion period, you agree to the following terms and conditions, effective from the moment you receive a confirmation email regarding your self-exclusion, sent to the email address used for your account registration, displaying the self-exclusion completion date.

Requests made via our Chat function will not be processed, and you will be directed to our customer support email service.

Upon receiving an email request for account closure, the requested account and any linked accounts will enter a 24-hour cooling-off period, disabling all gambling activity. After this period, while the accounts remain closed, a customer support agent will inform you of the available self-exclusion periods: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, and permanent self-exclusions. No variation to these time periods is allowed. To proceed, an email response from you will be required. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your account will be reopened and confirmed via email.

During a self-exclusion period, you are not permitted to maintain any balance in your account. Access to your account for withdrawals will be restricted during the self-exclusion period. If your account affected by self-exclusion has active bets, the Cash Out function will be applied upon self-exclusion confirmation. Bets will not be voided, and stakes will not be returned or remain active during the self-exclusion period. After self-exclusion, bets will not be reinstated. While self-excluded, you are ineligible for benefits, bonuses, or reloads.

Once a self-exclusion is implemented on your account, it will remain in effect until the requested time has elapsed, and it will not be reversed or reduced for any reason. Permanent self-exclusion will remain in place indefinitely.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with our responsible gambling self-exclusion policy. However, you understand that we will not be held responsible or liable if you attempt to open a new account or succeed in doing so. Additionally, we will not be held liable or accountable if you continue to deposit and wager using undisclosed additional accounts. Any wagers, reward funds, and entries in promotions during a self-exclusion period will be forfeited, with no return of stakes or payment of winnings. These will not be reinstated if the account is reopened after the self-exclusion period.

After self-exclusion, you hereby acknowledge the following:

  • You are strictly prohibited from attempting to deposit funds or place wagers on any of the accounts from which you have requested to be excluded during your selected self-exclusion period.

  • You must refrain from attempting or proceeding to open any new accounts during the self-exclusion period or indefinitely if you have opted for a permanent self-exclusion.

  • In the event that you succeed in opening a new account during the self-exclusion period, we will make all efforts to promptly close any and all such accounts upon detection.

  • Our responsibility is limited to taking reasonable measures to prevent you from engaging in gambling activities on our platform. However, it is solely the customer's responsibility to comply with the agreed terms and refrain from breaching them.

  • A self-exclusion request is a voluntary action initiated by you. Should you choose to act contrary to this request, neither the Casino nor any of its employees or affiliates shall be held accountable or liable for any losses you may incur during the self-exclusion period. Such losses will not be refunded.

  • If you act contrary to a self-exclusion request, we retain the discretion to terminate or void any wagers you have placed and take any other appropriate action. Additionally, if we have suspicions or obtain evidence that you actively attempted to disguise the source of your account(s), impeding our ability to block them promptly, the company retains the right to terminate or void any wagers you have placed and take further appropriate action.

Upon the conclusion of your selected self-exclusion period, your account will automatically be reopened. However, you will receive an email confirmation of this information sent to your registered email address.
