These Bonus Terms and Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) apply to all promotional offers, deposit bonuses, and rewards at Satoshi Hero Casino. By participating in any bonus offer, you agree to these terms along with our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Wagering Requirements and Game Restrictions

2.1. All bonuses (unless otherwise specified) need to be wagered 40 (forty) times before the funds can be withdrawn.

2.2. Wagering must be completed within 7 days for Welcome Package bonuses and 24 hours for all other bonuses; otherwise, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.3. Different games contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements:

2.5. The following games contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements:

2.6. The following games cannot be played with bonus money:

  • Ninja, Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, Devil's Delight, The Wish Master, Dead or Alive, Pimped, Stardust, Pinocchio, Vampire: The Masquerade – Las Vegas, 1429 Uncharted Seas, Marching Legions, Golden Beauty, and Jackpot Games.

2.7. The list of excluded games is dynamic and may change as new games are released or updated. If a game is unavailable for bonus wagering, a message will appear on the screen when entering the game. If unsure, players can contact customer support.

3. Bonus Usage and Currency Flexibility

3.1. Players can claim different parts of the Welcome Package in different currencies. For example, the first deposit bonus may be claimed in euros, while the second deposit bonus can be claimed in bitcoin.

3.2. Real money is always used first when playing with an active bonus. Once real money is spent, bonus funds are used.

3.3. Players may request a withdrawal of their deposited funds before fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements, but this will cancel the bonus, and both the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4. Bonus Expiry and Forfeiture

5. Bonus Abuse, Fraud Prevention, and Withdrawals

5.1. Satoshi Hero management reserves the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained through fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.

  • Exploiting game mechanics to gain unfair advantages.

  • Deliberately delaying game rounds to trigger bonus features at a later time.

5.2. All withdrawals are subject to an internal audit before processing. If an audit fails, Satoshi Hero reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings. By using our services, players consent to this policy in advance.

6. Final Decision

6.1. In case of disputes, the decision of Satoshi Hero Casino is final.

6.2. The casino reserves the right to amend these Bonus Terms at any time without prior notice.
